Ann B. McQuillen, Broker—G.R.I.

Ann McQuillen, our Broker and Team Leader, is a real estate professional and top producer with a Broker’s License in California, Nevada and Colorado. Ann is a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute. She is a multi-year member of the El Dorado County Top Achievers Group and multi-year member of the Top Producers group of Summit County, Colorado. Ann specializes in commercial and development. She also sells residential homes and land.

Ann has developed residential and land communities, was the owner of a large resort  real estate company and worked internationally for many years. She managed the #1 Office in northern California for a large franchise company and brings experience and depth of knowledge to our team.

Pete McQuillen, Broker

 Pete McQuillen is our team manager and negotation ghru. Licensed in 2001 after a successful career as a Quality Assurance Manager for an international pharmaceutical company and unix programmer, Pete brings technical expertise to the team, keeps our computers working and supervises time line management for our escrows and listings. Pete is a licensed Broker in California and is a member of the El Dorado County Top Achievers Group.  Pete specializes in development and project management.

 Jacque LaRocca, Realtor

Jacque joined our team in 2004 as marketing and escrow manager after running a successful marketing and graphics business in the bay area. She is responsible for escrow compliance for the team. Jacque received her sales license in 2004 and specializes in buyers. While wearing two hats is hard from some, Jacque brings an enthusiam and work ethic that is second to none.

Jordan Kennedy, Broker

Jordan joined the team in 2007 after working for several large commercial brokerages.  Jordan specializes in commercial leasing and sales in the Placerville and surrounding El Dorado County area. A former member of the Placerville Planning Commission, Jordan brings extensive knowledge in development and planning to the team. If you are considering subdividing, Jordan can help make the job easy. She is also a licensed appraiser in California and speciailizes in commercial properties.
